I RANGER firmano per Spinefarm Records – Il full-length di debutto in arrivo a inizio 2015
I RANGER, maestri finlandesi dello speed metal, hanno firmato per Spinefarm Records. La band registrerà il disco che segna il debutto sull’etichetta in autunno e l’uscita è prevista per l’inizio del 2015.
Questi giovani metallari sembrano usciti direttamente dagli anni ’80 e hanno adattato il loro stile per la nuova generazione dei fan del thrash e dello speed metal o come il cantante / bassista Dimi Pontiac ama dire: “Skull splitting METAL for maniacs pure!”. I RANGER hanno creato qualcosa che li pone al di là della maggior parte delle band ‘retro’. I fan di Agent Steel, Exciter, Razor e del metal classico teutonico stiano in guardia!
I RANGER sono Dimi Pontiac – voce & basso, Miko Sipilä – batterisa, Mikael Haavisto – chitarra e Ville Valtonen – chitarra, e hanno iniziato la loro carriera a Helsinki, Finlandia nel 2008. Dopo tre demo la band si è guadagnata uno staus di culto in Europa, pubblicando due dischi su Ektro Records, il MLP Knights Of Darkness (2013) e il 7”Shock Skull. I RANGER hanno già suonato diversi concerti in Finlandia e sono apparsi in svariati festival finlandesi (Tuska, Ilosaari, Porispere, Jalometalli) ed europei (Keep It True, Muskelrock, Live Evil).
