Gli heavy metallers Veil Of The Serpent hanno deciso di onorare i venticinque anni di “Something Wicked This Way Comes”, quinto album in studio degli Iced Earth, pubblicando una loro versione del classico “Watching Over Me”. Il batterista Felix ha dichiarato:
“Jon Schaffer wrote “Watching Over Me” for his best friend, who was killed in a motorcycle accident. The song is about his death and their friendship. As ICED EARTH’s fifth studio album “Something Wicked This Way Comes” reached it’s 25th anniversary this year and christmas is around the corner, we thought it would be the perfect time to release a cover of this amazing ballad. No matter the race, religion or the political opinion, think of your loved ones and honour your personal heroes. Merry Christmas!”
