La band progressive death/post-metal metal finlandese Ashes In The Fall ha pubblicato il suo EP di debutto “Where Serenity Prevails” via Inverse Records. La band si è formata nel 2019 e tutti i membri hanno tra i 17 e i 18 anni.

La band trae ispirazione da molte fonti diverse: le maggiori influenze sono probabilmente Opeth, Mastodon, Insomnium, Ulver, Neurosis, Alcest e Gojira. Senza tralasciare influenze dalla musica al di fuori del genere metal, come il jazz, il folk, il rock progressivo e l’hardcore punk, per citarne alcuni.
